I understand that by submitting my images and text, I am granting Martin Cooper the right to incorporate my images and text into his work. I also understand that the info that I submit may be used, in part or in whole, in The Pelvis, a multimedia project by Martin Cooper where my images, along with the information I submit, will be on view (in a gallery, or similar venue) with the intent that the viewer will see my images as well as read my story that I've written about my pelvis. I also understand that my images will not appear in any other venue other than in connection to Martin Cooper's work and this series on the pelvis. I also certify that I am 18 years or older.
